## Three things worth knowing, whether you hire us or not.

**Restart is not a fix, but it is a first step**

A restart clears cached processes that eat resources and cause the slowdown you are about to call us about. Try it before you do.

**Email is still the number one way in**

If you were not expecting it, do not click it. Be especially careful with anything that manufactures urgency.

**Your router is a computer**

It runs software, and that software needs updating. An unpatched router is a door left open on the street.
